Only for urgent matters outside office hours call the mobile numbers of the below mentioned VFSM Manila Crewing Officers. Please send all crewing related correspondence to Iver Ships Crewing crewing@nl.iverships.com with a copy (Cc.) to VFSM crewing-tankers@ph.vroonshipmanagement.com, so the Crewing Officers will pick it up the same or next day at the latest (within 24 hours except for the weekends). We request you not to send regular crewing related e-mails to the private e-mail addresses as these messages cannot be picked up by others in case of absence. Obviously it is allowed to send privacy sensitive messages or personal questions to the private e-mail addresses.
