Circular No.DGGM 007 (PI-01 EN DECCU Ver.05) - As of 1^st April 2026, all Panama documentation except from Panama seaman books will be in digital format. While CT/CRAs and course endorsements had already switched to e-format a few years ago, Certificates of competency and Endorsements of the Certificate of competence are now being moved to e-format only. This means that the only hard-copy documentation that officers, like ratings, will be receiving is the Panama seaman book.
